Touch UI Place/Break buttons still allow movement, resulting in screen going out of control.

The place and break buttons on the screen don't have a separate hit box to the rest of the screen so you are still able to look around if you drag your finger across the buttons, this results in your screen going out of control if you accidentally move your finger when using the button .
