I am using Minecraft PE on an iOS device and the City Texture Pack will not work.

I am using Minecraft PE on an iOS device, and the City Texture Pack will not work with any word. When I attempt to use the pack on a world, Minecraft responds that it cannot load the texture pack. What should be done to fix this issue because the texture works best with the visual appeal of a few of my worlds?
