World loads incorrectly

For a few updates now my server has not been able to spawn structures as whenever I come across one such as a village or desert temple it disappears chunk by chunk. The world also loads incorrectly sometimes as it will load seemingly a completely different world and then loads the correct chunks soon after. The world file is over 1 Gb and is about 8 years old, I do not know if this is an issue with the server hosting software or the world, and have not been able to recreate or find any other cases like this. Attached I have a video clip in which a village is loaded but quickly removes itself from the world.
