Keeps kicking me from realms and servers

Every time I join the realm it either instantly gives me a crash screen or takes like 2 min to load then gives me the screen, when I join a realm and it gives me the screen it crashes me and everyone in the realm which is very annoying, I'm not sure if I join hive or cube craft it crashes those, I'm not sure but it's annoying, please help, I use Minecraft through The Amazon fire adult account and my Microsoft is from a parental supervised google account. Please help, thanks 🙏😅
