Multiplayer issues in 1.20.80

Ever since the update multiplayer is kinda buggy before there was no error now everytime a friend join me it says unable to connect to the world i logged out of my account and i logged out the user thats gonna join me and again it says still unable to connect to the world.

I play the my pc and my friend play at an cellphone everytime they join my world it says unable to connect to the world

When i join my friends world it works but if they join my world it says unable to connect to the world
