F5 Perspective Glitch

So I've come across a bug where if you switch your perspectives, the world breaks a bit by vanishing by a split second, and not only that, a world chunk around huge bodies of water such as lakes or oceans would start flashing as if it's a rendering issue, and the player's third point front and back would show the player turned around in the opposite direction for a split second and starts twitching.
