Bug on customization buttons

Hi, i found a bug in Minecraft 1.20.70, the item "scaffolding" when you place it down and then use it, it changes your customization buttons, like it messes it up idk if the item scaffolding has a bug or its a bug on the customization buttons. It's very annoying actually because when you walk pass it or use it, it messes your buttons.
