Warning message about permissions to post screenshots to Realms Stories has a broken link

Steps to reproduce

1. In you XBox profile "XBox and Windows 10 settings," have the setting, "You can upload captures to XBox" set to "disallow".
2. While in a realm world use the camera button in the ESC menu to take a screenshot.
3. Open Realms Stories.
4. Select "Post a Story", then "Add Screenshot".
5. Click the "Learn more" link in the yellow warning banner.

Expected result

You are given an explanation of which setting prevents you from posting the screenshot.

Observed result

Nothing happens.
