Z-fighting between item frame and the map inside it when at a far distance

Basically the same issue as MC-233983.

When looking from a far distance, z-fighting will occur between the outer frame of item frame (including glow item frame) and the map placed inside it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a map inside an item frame.
2. While at a far distance, use a spyglass to zoom in on the item frame.

Observed Results:
Z-fighting occurs.

Expected Results:
Z-fighting would not occur.
