Pink and black square appears at the top of the screen when using certain resource packs

Whenever I used a certain resource pack, I see the pink and black texture at the top screen

Example: Legacy console edition UI, Legacy battle mini games map download

 

This happened with me and my friends on PS4 Version and, IOS, I'm assuming it's every platform it happens on
