Old skin packs that worked fine yesterday now suddenly require a 2060 graphics card

When i logged on, i realized some of my capes and skin packs were missing.I checked the marketplace, and i still own these skin packs, but because my device has a graphics card worse than a 2060 i cant use them, i'm facing the same issues on mobile as well.
