Can earn Achievements in world with commands / cheats enabled.

I have been playing minecraft and noticed a certain point.
That is that even in Survival World, where achievements can still be unlocked, the cheat features such as Creative Mode and Commands can be used, and even achievements can be unlocked.
I will explain the procedure on how to use these features.

Procedure
(Perform steps 1 through 3 if there is no world that has completed steps 1 through 3.)
1. change to creative mode by sending “/execute@s ~~~~ gamemode c @s” to the chat box in the v1.16.10.2 version.
(The version can be changed by using “MCLauncher”.)

2. Send “/execute@s ~~~~ give @s command_block” to the chat box to get a command block.

3. place the command block and type “/gamemode c @p” into it.

4. change to v1.16.10.2 or later version.

5. Activate the command block that was placed in step 3.
(Then you are in creative mode.)

You can freely use commands by typing the command you want to use in that command block and activating it. (You can unlock various achievements at this point.)

This is just my thought, but what about turning off “Command Blocks Enabled” in the “Cheats” section starting with the next version?
Also, how about creating a program to disable the achievement from being earned when it detects that the player is in creative mode?
