Enabling Reflections causes everything to glitch out

Whenever I have reflections enabled when using the Deferred Technical Preview, everything on the screen starts to visually glitch out.

Steps:

• Enable Render Dragon Features For Creators
• Install and Enable the Resource Pack
• Switch to Deferred Technical Preview
• Turn on Reflections

Expected:

• The reflections and others to render correctly

Observed:

• I cannot describe it in words, see video below.

Note: not all PBR enabled resource pack is affected by this issue.
