[MCPE-180759] Damaging falling blocks (Anvils and Pointed Dripstone) do not knockback

Summary:
In Java 1.19.3, when taking damage from Anvils and Pointed Dripstone, it also receives knockback. It's still not in Bedrock Edition. The Java report for this change was resolved as WAI ~~MC-259730~~.

Steps to reproduce:

/setblock ~ ~5 ~ pointed_dripstone["hanging"=true]

```
/setblock ~ ~5 ~ anvil
```

Observed results:
The player takes damage and remains in place (they can only be pushed by the anvil, which is not knockback).

Expected results:
The player receives damage and knockback.
