Player can rotate the camera for a couple of seconds after death if some interface is open

Summary:
The player can rotate the camera for a couple of seconds after death if some screen is open (game menu, player inventory, chest, etc.).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure the gamerule doimmediaterespawn = false, and the Screen Animation is turned on in the Video Settings.

2. /tp @s ~ ~100 ~

3. Open the game menu.
4. Wait until the player dies from falling.
5. Continue the game and immediately move the screen.

Observed results:
The player can rotate the camera for a couple of seconds after death.

Expected results:
The camera cannot move/rotate after death.
