Remove Texture Limit toggle doesn't stay on after restarting the game

1.21.0.22 added a new experimental toggle in video settings called "Remove Texture Limit", when enable it's allow you to remove the texture limit and load textures instead of using the pink texture, the issue is the toggle will only stay on until you reopened/restarting the game

Step to Reproduce:
1. Open settings and go to Video
2. Turn on "Remove Texture Limit" toggle
3. Now close you game and open it
4. Check if the toggle stay on or not

Expected Result:
The toggle stay on after the game reopened

Observed Result:
The toggle turn off after the game reopened
