when i plug my headphones into my pc, minecraft starts performing badly

when i plug my headphones into my pc, minecraft starts performing badly
so bad that it goes from 300-500fps to 45-70
ive tried manythings like:

replugging my headphones
changing my vsync from nvidea control pannel (worked for a bit but now stopped)
and reinstalling mcbe
