Cape isn't shown as equipped when re-entering capes tab

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Equip any cape on any character slot;
2. Save the character;
3. Enter the capes tab again.

Observed Results:
The cape is equipped on the UI, but the character model has a bare back and the "None" button is greyed out, requiring you to select a cape again before unequipping it.

Expected Results:
The cape is displayed on your character model and the "None" button is selectable.
