Where are the add-on items?

If you see no add-on items when there are add-ons on the world, add-on to this. You would find the issue if you have add-ons added onto your Preview world. It might affect other editions of non-Legends & non-Dungeons Minecraft, either Bedrock Full Release, or Java.
