Friends attempting to join realm get stuck on realm loading screen

Have had this issue for years with Realms that users cannot to properly, reporting it. People joining the realms server get stuck on loading world/loading resource packs. Happens intermittently, have to cancel loading realm and re-join the realm from the user menu for years now.

Trying to play with the family and the kids please fix this.

User keeps getting attempting to join realm please try again later, they are on PS4, the realms server is hosted via realms. The PS4 is on a separate physical network (different household)
