Accessibility option "Hide Splash Texts" is missing in Bedrock Edition. This option was introduced into Java in snapshot 23w42a:

Added an accessibility option that allows to hide the yellow splash texts in the main menu

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open settings.
2. Try finding the "Hide Splash Texts" option.

Observed results:
"Hide Splash Texts" option is missing.

Expected results:
"Hide Splash Texts" option is in the settings.
