Deferred Technical Preview Shaders rendering bugs

These screenshots are taken on an Android device with the following specs:

• Android 13
• Redmi Note 10 5G
• RAM 8.0+3.0 GB
• Octa-core Max 2.2GHz
• Storage: 128 GB (90+ GB occupied)

The issues are as follows:
1. Black lines show up during daytime and nighttime.
2. Motion blur for some reason.
3. Lag at 7-10 FPS.

Is there a way to fix this on my end or is it an optimisation issue?
