Trying to delete a resource/behavior pack softlocks the game

If i try to delete a resource or behavior pack on the latest beta/preview i softlock unless i have more than one version of the pack.

How to replicate it:

1. Go into settings
2. Go to your storage
3. Go to resource packs or behavior packs
4. Press one of your resource or behavior packs
5. Press the trash can icon to delete it
6. Game softlocks
