Achievement not linking to rewards

I have completed the Monster Hunter achievement on Bedrock years ago, but cannot access the reward, victor's tunic. Independently of that, on another copy of the game I have completed the Castaway achievement, but am unable to access that reward.

Oddly enough, I am able to access the rewards for each on the other.
