New Enchanted books obtainable without the 1.21 experiment enabled

The enchanted book for Density is obtainable even when the experiment for 1.21 is not enabled.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a normal creative world with no experiments enabled
2. Find the three new Enchantments through the creative inventory.
