Mace's smash attack particles are created in square formation

The particles created when using a smash attack don't match the ones in Java Edition.

• Particles spawn in a square formation instead of circular.
• All particles are spawned with vertical motion. On Java, some particles seem to be stuck to the ground from the start to keep the circular shape visible at all times.
• Particles from the inner ring seem to have way more horizontal motion than on java, causing them to spread.
• Particles last longer on Bedrock.
