Characters being replaced, resulting in commands needing to be rewritten.

Not aware if there is already a bug report for this but have seen and had this issue for a while now.

I can fill out a command fine, however when I go to edit a previous section of the command, I click on the character I'd like to use, and it put it in, but it replaces the following character.

This means that I could go from needing to edit 1 word or character, to potentially having to rewrite the entire command/text.

This is causing me a lot of problems and it seems to just appear and disappear out of nowhere.

Although I play on Xbox Series S, I mainly use keyboard to type the commands, but have also used the Xbox keyboard.

This issue occurs with both.
