Game Crashes to Desktop on entering world

Currently every time I try to start the game from the menu, whether on local world, or via either a personal or remote server the game will crash back to desktop. This is happening constantly.

I have reinstall windows, updated AND rolled back GPU Drivers. I do not get any graphic issues from the gpu at all.

Currently using a PC with following Spec

CPU - 14900K

GPU - EVGA 3090TI - Driver version 551.61 (also crashes with current version of driver)

RAM - 64GB DDR - Running at 6000 MT/S - Also happens when running at 4800 MT/S

MoBo - Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite X Ver 1.0

Running from NVME SSD

Runs well on other systems in the house.
