random restarts

Minecraft keeps loading every couple seconds, like when you first load Minecraft. it keeps doing that when and only on I am on realms but not public servers and on owned worlds this as there is no problem. but then in realm it happens even if their is no one on the realm we go the owner to reset the realm and it still happens
