Z-fighting between some blocks and the side of vaults when at a far distance

Similar to MC-269971, but only for vault.

When looking from a far distance, z-fighting will occur between some blocks and the side of vaults.

Affected blocks list (maybe incomplete):

• Glass and variants
• Copper grate
• Slime block
• Honey block
• Powder snow
• Beacon
• Leaves
• Ice
• Mangrove roots
• Azalea and flowering varaint (fixed in 1.21.70.20)
• Spawner and trial varaint

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable the "Update 1.21" experiment.
2. Place a vault.
3. Place a block mentioned above adjacent to the side of the vault.
4. While at a far distance, use a spyglass to zoom in on the vault.

Observed Results:
Z-fighting occurs between some blocks and the side of vaults when at a far distance.

Expected Results:
Z-fighting would not occur between some blocks and the side of vaults when at a far distance.
