Iron Golem Glitch

When you create an iron golem (or when naturally spawns) you see it moving normal. But when you kill the iron golem and feed it iron at the same time it glitches and creates a dead living golem. It can be hostile or normal based on how it spawned. The only way to get rid of this is to reopen the world.
