The gamerule "enderPearlsVanishOnDeath" is absent in Bedrock Edition

Summary:
In Java Edition 1.20.2 pre-release 1 the gamerule enderPearlsVanishOnDeath was added. This gamerule still hasn't been added to Bedrock Edition.

Added game rule enderPearlsVanishOnDeath, controlling whether thrown ender pearls vanish when the player that threw them dies (default true)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a world with cheats on
2. Go to chat
3. Type:

   /gamerule enderPearlsVanishOnDeath

Observed results:
There is no /gamerule enderPearlsVanishOnDeath in Bedrock.

Expected results:
It should be there in Bedrock as Java has it in Java Edition 1.20.2 pre-release 1.
