Another cape glitch (Visible to everyone)

You start off by downloading this file: https://www.mediafire.com/file/pounnj5dvzdjelb/Aexji_Custom_Pancapes.zip/file then all you have to do is paste this link in file explorer: %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\premium_cache\persona and then delete all the files inside the persona folder. The final and last step is to add the file you recently installed into the persona folder and you will find any cape that you obtained from mojang is gonna change to the cape you select in the file you placed in the persona folder. Observed results: After reproducing all the steps I have listed, the custom cape in the file you download will appear in minecraft and will be visible for everyone.

Expected results: The cape you obtain from mojang can never be changed into a custom cape.

Also this cape glitch only works if you obtained an actual cape from mojang in bedrock edition, because what the glitch intends to do is it basically changed the cape's look into another by adding custom files in the persona folder.
