Switch: Unable to "pair" different controller if first one dies during gameplay.

Minecraft on the latest switch system menu, Horizon 18, seems to have issues with controller pairing if your controller dies during gameplay, even if you pair another one. You get stuck in a loop of "Please connect a pro controller or Joy con (L) or Joy con (R).
