Minecraft Add-ons don't download

I tried downloading the new Add-ons on the marketplace, but now they are all in an infinite state of downloading, but nothing actually gets downloaded...

So now I can't use these really nice looking Add-ons, because they're not downloading.

I provided a picture of what the ever loading Add-ons look like.
