As soon as I start Minecraft on the PlayStation and then connect to my Microsoft account Minecraft crashes.

As soon as I start Minecraft on PlayStation and then connect to my Microsoft account Minecraft crashes and I have had this problem with previous versions but when I start Minecraft Preview on PlayStation and then connect to my Microsoft account Minecraft Preview does not crash.
