Audio cuts out when moving

When i am moving around in the game, my audio will cut in/out when i turn, not how it is meant to where it will go quieter depending on how much you move in a direction, but go completely silent, its most noticeable when using an elytra where the gliding sound effect will either be completely silent or the maximum volume it can be
