Fish having pathfinding issues with mud bottomed lakes and rivers.

When making a lake or pond or river with mud, fish have pathfinding issues and choose to spin in place. Only tested with tropical fish and salmon. Lake or river must almost entirely contain a mud bottom. Only tested with 1-5 block deep water. Fish seem to start path finding for a tiny bit when you remove the mud block below them before choosing a new place to spin.
