Survival mining-creative block break

Basically what I was experiencing was survival mode mining but the block broke like I was in creative and I thought it was a feature of survival but I think it might be something like to many Minecraft worlds with to many add-ons and being in creative mode that I confused Minecraft way to much and it must have thought in some how even though I was in survival the block broke completely like creative mode block breaking even though I was mining it in survival mode
