The command and structure block UI opens many times when trying to open while crouching

Summary:
The command and structure block UI opens many times when trying to open while crouching.
This only affects command and structure blocks.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a structure/command block.
2. Take any item that you cannot "use" (for example a diamond).
3. Sneak (hold Shift).
4. Aim at the structure/command block and hold down the use key (do not release the use button).
5. Stop sneaking (release Shift).
6. Try to close the opened block interface.

Observed results:
You will have to close the block window several times.

Expected results:
You close the block window the first time.
