Minecraft Bedrock Edition Freeze when using Mobile Data on iPhone XR

When I installed Minecraft(1.20.71) on my iPhone XR (128GB, iOS 17.4) for the first time few days ago, I opened it, and it nearly freeze, it looked like 0.1 fps. I click the option, it took about 1 minutes to open it. It's literally unplayable.

 

But, it seems like freeze just on LTE (Mobile Data), when I turn off Mobile Data, using WiFi instead, it seems normal, playable. But, when I use Mobile Data again, it happened again, it become 0.1fps again.
