Dropping items from any interface by pointing with the mouse and the drop key, other items will begin to drop from your inventory except the one you selected

I have been living with this error for a long time (I honestly don't know if it is, but if so I ask that it be solved) since I discovered it, when I point with the mouse and press the release key (Q) it releases the item on the side right and this has caused me to lose valuable items several times.
