Condition component of trigger event is not working

Situation reproduction steps

1)Introducing the example.mcaddoninto the testing world.

2)Run the following commands:

 /give @p be:test_item

 /give @p be:test_block

3)Use test blocks and test items to confirm that events are executed regardless of conditions.
