Minecraft PE STILL crashes after installiing Texture pack

After the update I am still locked out, I was locked out from 0.16, after installing xenocontendi 16x16. Please fix or add a texture pack remover.
Please be aware that this is not the bug from before, this crashes on the mojang logo
