Breeding sounds

What happened to the "munching sound" as I call it, that you used to get after feeding animals like bees? Is this a glitch? I sincerely hope this wasn't intentionally removed. It helped me confirm which animals were successfully breeded if I had multiple animals instead of relying on just seeing the hearts
