Wolf armor generates way less breaking particles than on Java

The wolf armor spawns some particles when taking damage and/or breaking. However, it seems to generate way less particles than it does on Java Edition.

They're also spawned inside of the wolf instead of being on top of it, obscuring even more particles and making the armor breaking look much less impactful.
