Black Screening in 3rd Person view while standing on a slab and entering a Stairs Block

While standing on slab your screen can go black if you stand below a any staircase that is facing down, This only happens if you are viewing your character from a 3rd Person perspective, front or backwards, this can affect parts of your screen or affect your whole screen depending where you are standing.
