Screen freezes are everywhere

On the PC, a freesscreen appears every 9 to 11 seconds. The freesscreen lasts approximately 1 second. This means that every 9 to 11 seconds, the game freezes for about 1 second. Freesscreens also appear on my Playstation 5. However, these freesscreens are less frequent but last longer. I would estimate that within 10 minutes, AT LEAST 1 freesscreen occurs, which then lasts 2 to 4 seconds.

These are just freesscreens that appear without any apparent reason. I'm casually walking around on my realm: freesscreen. I'm playing a minigame on Hive: freesscreen. I'm walking around on a super flat, empty map: freesscreen. I'm afk, not doing anything: Freesscreen. I don't even think it's worth clipping. After all, everyone here probably knows what a freesscreen is, and besides, there isn't even a recognizable reason for the freesscreens that one could clip.
