Audio issue

i noticed it recently that i got a audio bug, but i thought it would just be fixed in the next update but it still hasn't. every time i load the game all the game audio is this weird buzz sound. i added a file that has the audio. i tryed pressing the restore button and i even tryied messing with the 24 to 16 audio things but neither fixed it.
