Left Handed touch controls are no longer available

The thing is, I remember the "Left Handed" being a thing in touch controls in Game Settings, but now it's gone, despites it being fully functioning in options.txt

What I want is to bring it back, and when the "Customize Controls" is turned on, it can force disable the "Left Handed", and vice versa.

Since when did it get removed?
